Fuzhen Bodywork Industry Co.,Ltd. was established in 2007. It is a joint-stock enterprise jointly funded by Guangxi Fangsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Fuzhen Industrial Co., Ltd., which specializes in the development, design and production of carbody dies. It completed the merger of Liuzhou Fuzhen Tooling Co., Ltd. in 2009. The company mainly develops digital models of various automotive panels, makes dies and checking fixtures, and manufactures automotive chassis stamping and welding assembly.

Over the years, the company has gained wide trust from domestic and foreign customers with its high-quality products and good services. In the domestic market, the company has provided large and medium-sized dies and complete vehicle dies for more than 20 companies such as Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Wuhan Shenlong, Changan Automobile, and Jiangling Motors. As to the international market, the company has successively provided tool and die development and manufacturing services for internationally renowned automobile companies such as Thailand, India, Canada, and the United States. While die business is becoming increasingly mature, the company added stamping and welding business in 2010, and since 2015, it has successively built seven automated flexible welding production lines to supply Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor with front and rear floors, subframes and other assembly parts. In 2016, the company purchased land 66667㎡ in Liudong New District and invested in the construction of Liuzhou Fuzhen Auto Stamping Co., Ltd. to further expand its production scale.
